Appalling Government-Sponsored Experiments With Disastrous Results
Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment was a clinical study conducted in 1932 to 1972 done by the US Public Health Service in the aim to observe a natural progress for syphilis without medicine designed for the poor and uneducated African-American people.
It is believed that these people are not informed about the purpose instead they are told they are receiving an aid from the US government. They were not informed that they are being infected with syphilis. Many of these infected men passed away because of the disease.
