Leg lifts are beneficial for those who want to improve lower abs, it really works almost perfect but not for those that age over 40. As we age, lower back bones are also deteriorating and leg lift exercise means putting strain on your lower back and you are likely to develop lower back pain. Also, if you do, you will no longer be able to do other light exercises. It is advisable that you take healthy diets and light exercises so as not to develop lower belly fat during your middle age.
